Darjeeling
  • Welcome on arrival at IXB/NJP meet our representative and transfer to Darjeeling (90kms/3hrs). Once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land of infinite variety and charm. It will cater you a mix-experience of lively nature charming Himalayan people. Surrounded by Tea gardens; this little town faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Take a rest and then a walk around town to appreciate the new culture you are in. Overnight at hotel.
Darjeeling
  • Early morning start for Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise and its amazing effects on the Mt. Kanchendzonga, Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batashia Loop War Memorial while returning to the Hotel. After breakfast followed by Half day mixed point local sightseeing covering RopeWay, Tenzing rock, Gombu Rock, Padmaja N. Zoological Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center and Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda. After that visit to the Mall (Chowrasta) along with local Market for City Life. Overnight at hotel.
Gangtok
  • After breakfast transfer to Gangtok (110kms/4hrs), at an altitude of 5500ft Gangtok is the Capital of Sikkim. After check in at hotel go for half day local sight seeing covering Cottage Industry, Flower Show, Ropeway, Assembly, Nam Nang view point, Chorten Stupa, Institute of Tibetology.
Gangtok
  • After breakfast half-day trip to Tsomgo lake, which is only 32 kms from Gangtok City, the oval shaped lake is almost about 1Km long, and 15 mtrs deep. The lake is considered sacred by the local people, After that visit 18 kms from the lake Baba Mandir, (temple of disappeared army personal) and back to Gangtok. Evening free at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity. Overnight at Gangtok hotel.
Darjeeling
  • Morning transfer to IXB/NJP ( 125kms / 4.5hrs). Tour End.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure :

     

    Refund Policy

  • In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 3 weeks due to banking procedures:

    • 50 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
    • 40 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
    • 29 days to 20 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
    • 19 days to 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
    • 09 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 75 % of the tour/service cost
    • 05 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

     

    Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

    Please Note:-

    • Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
    • In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
    • Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.

Terms & Conditions :

     

  • All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators.
  •  

    Booking:

    • On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

     

    Payment:

    • For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

     

    Extra Usage of Vehicle:

    • Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

    Balance Payment:

    • Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

     

    Arrival and Departure Policy:

    • Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
    • Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment.
